We're looking for an experienced, driven, and highly dynamic New Client Advisor to fuel the growth of our Lettings business, while also supporting our expanding Estate Agency offering.
At Umega, we're an established, modern, customer-focused lettings and estate agency and we're growing fast. You'll play a key role in shaping our next phase. Your core mission? Win new landlord instructions, convert incoming lettings leads, and build strong, lasting relationships with property owners.
This role is perfect for someone who is sales-focused, hungry for success, energised by targets, and motivated by seeing their pipeline grow.
You'll be the first point of contact for many new clients, delivering confident valuations and compelling pitches that highlight what sets Umega apart. Once on-boarded, you'll guide your clients through the process supported by a fantastic in-house team who handle marketing, viewings, negotiation, and admin.

What You'll Be Doing
- Taking ownership of new lettings leads and delivering persuasive, professional valuations and landlord pitches
- Winning new landlord business and building a strong, sustainable pipeline of properties
- Managing your pipeline from first enquiry through to listing and tenancy
- Maintaining excellent relationships with landlords, ensuring they feel supported and informed
- Collaborating closely with internal teams (Coordinators, Negotiators, Administrators, Marketing) to deliver a smooth, high-quality journey
- Supporting estate agency leads where needed, delivering occasional sales valuations and instructions
- Sharing market insights, trends, and opportunities with the wider team to shape our lettings strategy and growth
What We're Looking For
- A dynamic, self-motivated sales professional with proven experience winning instructions or working in a client-facing business development role
- Knowledge of the rental market or previous experience in lettings, property management, or estate agency is a strong advantage
- Hungry for sales success you thrive on targets, enjoy winning business, and are motivated by growth
- Confident leading sales conversations, pitching with clarity and credibility
