We're Hiring: Full-Time Store Manager

Location: 1a Donegall Square East, Belfast

Now, we're looking for a Store Manager to lead our City Centre team and keep things running smoothly.

What You'll Do

As Store Manager, you'll be at the heart of the action - leading a team of 20+, delivering an outstanding customer experience, and making sure the store is running at its best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & Develop – Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team, creating a supportive and motivating work environment.
  • Keep Things Running Smoothly – Manage schedules, stock levels, and store checklists to keep everything on track.
  • Maintain High Standards – Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety compliance are always top-notch.
  • Deliver Great Customer Experiences – Lead by example, ensuring every guest feels welcome and leaves happy.
  • Problem-Solve & Adapt – Be ready to troubleshoot challenges, whether it's a last-minute schedule change or a maintenance issue.

  • At least 1 year of leadership experience in hospitality or retail.
  • A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and a natural ability to bring out the best in people.
  • A passion for great food, sustainability, and creating a welcoming space for customers.
  • Someone who values professionalism with a relaxed touch—we expect a clean, tidy, and approachable presentation, but no need for suits here.
  • Reliable, energetic, and ready to bring a positive attitude to every shift—we want team players who take pride in what they do.
