Shift Pattern:

2.5 days per week, including 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am–6pm). Weekday hours flexible and open to discussion. Bank Holiday cover required.

Looking for a part-time role in a vibrant Build to Rent community? One Property Recruitment are delighted to be working with well respected BTR operator, the UK's largest listed residential landlord, to recruit a Resident Services Associate for their beautifully managed apartments in Southampton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in hospitality, travel, or customer service who thrives in a resident-first, fast-paced environment. You'll be the welcoming face at reception, the organiser behind the scenes, and the go-to person for residents—all while working just 2.5 days a week.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Deliver customer service strategy and standards
  • Carry out meet & greet, parcel handling, inspections, lettings viewings, and ad-hoc tasks
  • Support tenancy and income management, amenity space upkeep, and void/unit management
  • Promote resident engagement and build strong relationships with external partners
  • Maintain high Health & Safety standards across the development
  • Work closely with the wider Grainger team to ensure seamless service delivery

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in hospitality, travel & tourism, or market rental properties
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Awareness of Health & Safety and ability to implement it on site
  • Professional appearance and a passion for customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bonus points for property/customer service qualifications or event experience
