Senior Front End Engineer - London - AI Scale-up

We're looking for a highly competent Senior Front End Engineer (React, TypeScript, and React Native) to join this well-funded, fast-growing startup, backed by top-tier investors and recognised globally as one of the most promising AI companies on a mission to transform a multi-billion dollar legacy industry.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced
Senior Frontend Engineer
to help expand and refine our complex product suite. Our tech stack is centred on
React, TypeScript, and React Native
. As a multi-product company, this role offers deep technical challenges and opportunities across a diverse set of frontend experiences.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to design, implement, and launch sophisticated frontend features.
  • Own major components and features end-to-end, from initial prototype through to production.
  • Rapidly prototype new ideas using modern tools (e.g., Cursor, Lovable, or similar) to validate concepts, then productionise them into scalable, polished features.

Who You Are

  • You have deep, expert-level experience with
    React, TypeScript, CSS, and JavaScript
    .
  • You bring a strong background in building and maintaining large-scale frontend codebases with multiple contributors.
  • You are highly skilled in developing interactive web applications with complex user flows.
  • You have a keen eye for usability and a passion for delivering polished, intuitive user experiences.
  • You have a solid understanding of backend and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Python, databases).
  • You are self-motivated, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • You are a strong verbal and written communicator.
  • You have a sound software engineering background including at least a bachelors degree in Computer Science or something similar.
