The Family Hubs and Early Help Support service, supports children and families in their communities through a range of developing service delivery. We are looking for 2 experienced and committed Family Support workers to join our team in South Bristol.

Working across multiple sites in South Bristol, you will provide direct support to children, young people and families through group based delivery and 1:1 work. You will develop multi agency plans of support for families with children 0-5 and deliver group evidenced based interventions on a range of topics. You will support families to build networks to achieve improved outcomes for themselves and their families.

You will have experience of providing support to children and families, of partnership work and have the excellent communication skills. You will be flexible in your approach to work, willing to work across multiple sites and have an ability to manage competing demands.

Our Family Hubs service is expanding in its service delivery, in response to the needs of Bristol's children and young people and a range of government policies.
