About the Role

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Year 4 Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team from April 2025. This is a full-time, permanent role ideal for someone with a passion for Key Stage 2 and a commitment to engaging teaching practices. You will work alongside a parallel class teacher in a collaborative two-form entry setting, sharing planning and supporting the wider development of the year group.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver high-quality, creative, and engaging lessons aligned with the Year 4 curriculum

- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners

- Use assessment to inform teaching and ensure progress for every pupil

- Collaborate effectively with your year group partner and phase leader

- Build strong relationships with pupils, colleagues, and parents

- Contribute to the broader life of the school, including trips, clubs, and special events
