Waste Operative

  • Craven Cottage, Stevenage Rd, London SW6 6HH
  • 15 hours per week
  • Saturday and Sunday
  • £13.85 per week

PSS group are a nationwide Soft Facilities Services provider, who work with some of the biggest names in retail, entertainment, facilities management and more.

Waste Operative Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitor and manage the on-site waste streams
  • Operate all waste equipment
  • Ensure the waste rooms are kept clean and tidy
  • All other reasonable duties
  • Clean specific areas of the site according to the schedule and specification as instructed by Manager / Supervisor.
  • Ensure cleaning cupboards and designated areas are always kept tidy and stocked.
  • Customer service
  • Report any identified hazards or problems to the Manager / Supervisor.
  • Provide clear and detailed handovers to your work colleagues.
  • Ensure equipment is cleaned, maintained, and stored correctly.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Willing to support with overtime to cover staff sickness & Holidays.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Good verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Polite and professional.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Flexible and reliable willing to do overtime & weekends if required.
  • Experience preferred but full training provided.
  • Good self-presentation (uniform provided).
