We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Exams Officer to work with one of our partnered schools in Mansfield on a temporary ongoing long term basis.

Duties include:

  • Manage the planning, administration, and logistics of internal and external exams across the school
  • Ensure compliance with all exam board regulations and guidelines
  • Maintain accurate exam records, including entries, results, and timetables
  • Coordinate and brief invigilation staff to ensure examinations are conducted effectively and fairly
  • Communicate exam schedules, procedures, and any changes to staff, students, and parents

The successful candidates will:

  • Proven experience in exam administration or a related role within an educational environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of examination board regulations and processes is desirable
