We are seeking a
Finance Officer
to join our finance team. You will support financial management by ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely financial reporting, and compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review
  • Assist in the development, monitoring, and analysis of budgets and forecasts
  • Maintain accurate accounting records and financial data within our systems
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and reconciliation
  • Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies
  • Monitor expense claims and support payroll processing where required
  • Assist in audit preparation, supporting both internal and external audits
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and legal regulations
  • Provide general support to finance operations and related administrative tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 2+ years experience in a finance or accounting role
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage)
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity at all times
