We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Dawsons London Ltd. As a Carpenter, you will play a vital role in various property maintenance and renovation projects, utilizing your expertise to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities

  • Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete carpentry tasks.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project specifications.
  • Perform joinery work with precision to ensure high-quality finishes.
  • Assist with roofing tasks as needed, ensuring safety and structural integrity.
  • Engage in heavy lifting and moving materials as required for various projects.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role in property maintenance or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
  • Ability to read technical documents, blueprints, and drawings accurately.
  • Familiarity with electrical work is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina for heavy lifting and working in various conditions.
