About the Opportunity
A prestigious global law firm is seeking a dynamic
Centre of Excellence (CoE) Manager
to drive post-implementation success, user adoption, and strategic operational improvements across their London and Paris offices.

Role Overview
As the CoE Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of post-implementation support while leading cross-functional initiatives that enhance organisational performance. You will work closely with senior leadership, legal practitioners, and business teams to ensure that technology and process improvements deliver sustainable value and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead post-implementation support to ensure technologies and process enhancements are fully embedded.
- Increase user adoption through structured enablement strategies, feedback mechanisms, and performance tracking.
- Oversee issue triage and resolution, coordinating with BAU teams and external vendors.
- Deliver cross-functional initiatives aimed at optimising people, processes, and technology.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and partner with portfolio owners to assess ROI.
- Define and track KPIs to evaluate adoption, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with innovation, practice management, legal project management, pricing, IT, and other teams.
- Support change management through stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and risk mitigation.
- Provide executive-level reporting on initiative progress, risks, opportunities, and outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience with legal technology or within a law firm/legal tech vendor is preferred.
- Strong project management background, including structured methodologies and tracking tools.
- Proven success in post-implementation support, user adoption, and change management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance efficiency and performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Familiarity with financial metrics and performance-improvement strategies.
- A proactive, analytical, and collaborative approach.
