The Work

You'll be involved in some of the
most significant Real Estate projects in the UK
, with a strong focus on the energy and infrastructure sectors. The work is varied, high-value, and offers the chance to develop genuine sector expertise.

Your work will include:

  • Advising on major land acquisitions and disposals for large-scale energy developments
  • Leading Real Estate aspects of onshore/offshore wind, solar, hydro, nuclear and carbon capture projects
  • Supporting infrastructure clients on roads, rail and water developments
  • Drafting and negotiating leases, development agreements and finance documentation
  • Guiding clients through strategic land transactions to unlock next-generation projects
  • Mentoring junior colleagues and supporting their technical development
  • Working collaboratively with partners and other departments on complex, cross-practice projects

Your Experience

  • 3–6 years' PQE with strong Real Estate experience (Energy & Infrastructure focus is essential)
  • Excellent technical and drafting skills with the ability to manage complex, high-value work
  • Commercially minded with confidence in client-facing roles
  • Collaborative team player, proactive and ambitious
  • Interest in mentoring and contributing to the team's wider success
