Production Operative

Totally Wicked has an exciting opportunity for a Production Operative (Night Shift) to join our team in Blackburn. Our Production Operatives operate as part of the fluid production team, under the guidance of the operational management team, to ensure that all outputs from the induction & finishing operations are produced in a timely, accurate, consistent, efficient and quality controlled manner, in line with the company's mission statement.

The salary for this position is £23,900 per annum, plus night shift allowance

The shift pattern for this vacancy is:

Monday – Thursday: 8pm - 6am

What you'll be doing:

· Follow instructions relating to the daily fluid production tasks to be completed

· Work efficiently and accurately ensuring that all fluid production outputs reach the required standard, thereby ensuring that the customer receives only the highest standard of product

· Achieve the daily targets for production

· Accurately record output from all stages of the fluid production, ensuring that ownership is taken at all stages of the process and any anomalies are reported to the supervisor

· Constantly monitor the equipment used in the induction & finishing areas for accuracy of fluid delivery

· Follow all fluid production procedures to ensure consistent, clean, high quality and accurate output

· Keep the work areas clean and tidy and maintain high levels of health and safety standards at all times, ensuring that the appropriate PPE is worn at all times in the fluid production areas

· Behave and work in a professional manner at all times to ensure that the best service is provided to both internal and external customers

· Any other reasonable tasks requested by Management / Supervisors
