Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Merchandiser, based in remotely. The Field Merchandiser will be responsible for maintaining product displays, ensuring accurate presentation and pricing, and supporting visual merchandising efforts. This role involves building strong relationships with retail partners, providing exceptional customer service, promoting products, and ensuring optimal inventory levels. Collaborative work with the sales and marketing teams will also be required to enhance product visibility and meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with retailers and clients
- Proficiency in Sales and Retail operations, with an understanding of merchandising and inventory management
- Basic knowledge of Marketing principles to effectively promote products and support brand initiatives
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple locations and accounts
- Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or a similar field preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
