What You'll Do
- Enquiry Management: Be the first point of contact for all M&E enquiries, responding promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional service from start to finish.
- Sales Conversion: Transform interest into action- drive bookings and secure contracts using our proven systems and processes. Work alongside our proactive sales teams to visit clients, agents and showcase the hotel.
- Client Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails with confidence, clarity, and warmth.
- Sales Culture: Spot opportunities to upsell, collaborate and succeed, contributing to a dynamic, results-driven team.
- Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with both sales and operations colleagues to ensure every event runs smoothly and every guest leaves delighted.
- Customer Focus: Put clients first- proactively resolve issues and go the extra mile to exceed expectations.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in Meetings & Events coordination- ideally in hospitality, hotels, or venues
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and booking/sales platforms
- A proactive mindset and genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service
- A natural relationship-builder who thrives in a team environment
