Eeden Windows is a leading home improvements company covering Kent and South London. As our business continues to grow, we are expanding our team and looking for an experienced Surveyor to join us. We are known for the quality of our work and the way we deliver it. Professionalism, deep product knowledge and a great team culture sit at the heart of everything we do.

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to become part of a strong and supportive team, working closely with our Installation Manager and Order Processing team. You will play a key part in the smooth day to day running of our operation and you will help us maintain the high standards our customers expect. We currently run six fitting teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Surveying windows, doors, conservatories and solid roof replacements, meeting MTC qualification standards
  • Supporting the Installation Manager with oversight of the installation teams to ensure consistent quality and workmanship
  • Providing technical guidance to customers and to our sales and admin teams
  • Keeping up to date with industry training and compliance
  • Assisting with ordering processes and ensuring accurate specification of products

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience as a Surveyor with strong product knowledge and the ability to install
  • Excellent communication, motivation and customer service skills
  • Strong time management and administrative skills
  • Basic IT competency
  • A flexible and supportive approach to teamwork
  • Professional communication style with customers and colleagues
  • The ability to make sound decisions under pressure
