Do you have a passion for helping our youngest children flourish into confident, curious and happy learners?

At Ark Tindal Primary Academy, we are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and proactive Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly and committed Team Tindal. In this important role, you will help to create a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where our youngest children can flourish. From supporting high-quality teaching and learning to building strong relationships with families, you will play a key part in giving every child the best possible start. Working the wider Early Years team, you will help to deliver engaging activities, carry out targeted interventions and ensure the environment reflects the needs, interests and curiosity of our children. You will model excellent practice, uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and contribute positively to the wider life of the school.

We are looking for someone who brings warmth, creativity and high expectations - someone who wants to make a genuine difference to children at the very beginning of their school journey and be part of an ambitious, supportive school community.

About Us

Our vision at Ark Tindal is to provide an exceptional education that inspires all children to flourish into confident, successful and well-rounded individuals.
