About the Role:
As a SEMH Teacher, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with SEND/SEMH needs in specialized classes or groups. Your responsibilities will include:
- Tailoring teaching methods to suit the individual needs of each pupil
- Preparing engaging lessons and resources
- Assessing and addressing the unique needs of each student
- Collaborating with fellow staff members to provide comprehensive support
- Adapting support strategies to ensure the success of every student
