About our Nursery 
Busy Bees Salford is an Outstanding-rated nursery with a capacity of 104 children. Our purpose-built setting features three spacious childcare rooms, each specifically tailored to different ages and development stages. If you're looking for excellent childcare in Salford, particularly in the university area, Busy Bees is here to help Each room has direct access to outdoor space, and our nursery also includes a learning hub, dining room, and zen yoga room, all accessible to the children.Conveniently located on the Frederick Road Campus, our Salford University nursery is easy to find whether you're traveling on foot or by car. Being situated within a bustling student environment means there are plenty of buses servicing the campus. Stagecoach, First Group, and Diamond Bus North West all run regular routes within walking distance of our nursery. Free parking is available for staff.

What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner:

• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Key Person Role: Oversee children's development, care needs, and build strong family connections.

What We're Looking For

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
• Skills: Good communication capable or, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
