Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced OT/IOT Security SME to design, implement, and manage cybersecurity solutions for Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT) environments. The candidate will be responsible for defining security policies, deploying OT security platforms, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement technical solutions for asset discovery, OT cybersecurity, and vulnerability assessment tools.
- Define and enforce OT-specific security policies and monitoring rules within platforms like Nozomi to detect anomalies, threats, and compliance violations.
- Deploy OT Security platforms (Claroty Defender / Microsoft Defender) and IDS across global sites.
- Provide implementation support, monitoring, and reporting for ICS security using tools such as SIEM.
- Test and validate OT security use cases to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall OT security posture.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on ICS/OT networks.
- Strong knowledge of OT network architectures and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST SP
- Hands-on experience with OT network communication protocols: Ethernet, Modbus, OPC, IEC-101/104, etc.
- Expertise in SIEM, OT security monitoring, and incident response.
- Experience deploying and managing Claroty Defender and Microsoft Defender in OT environments.
