The Red Lion are looking for a live-out Chef de Partie with a real passion for quality fresh food to join us in our newly refurbished and very busy pub.

Our chefs are real foodies who love cooking and being part of a busy service. They are passionate about working with seasonal, fresh produce, creating new dishes and supporting the head chef. Our chefs have ambitions to one day lead their own team, which is an ambition that is often fulfilled, with Pearmain's commitment to promoting from within.

We offer our chefs:

  • up to £36,500 package - (£12.50-£13.50 hour + amazing tips worth up to £6,000 per year)

Who are we:

Pearmain Pubs are a small group of 4 independently owned 'smart pubs' located in Surrey and Middlesex. Our other pubs are The Brickmakers, Windlesham, The Three Horseshoes, Laleham and The Old Plough, Cobham
