Parts Administrator

This position is a hybrid role split bewteen Administration and Warehouse work. This role is ideal for someone wishing to expand on current Warehouse duties - full training will be provided for the right candidate.
You must be able to work on your own merit and as part of a team. Good communication skills are vital along with the ability to problem solve. A good commercial background is important; being able to prepare quotes to customers and purchase parts from our supply chain.

Job role
Administration (approx. 70% of time)
· Identify parts required on mobile and crushing machinery - training will be provided
· Identify parts required on fixed washplants.
· Liaising with customers and quoting parts and planned works via SAP.
· Liaising with our internal contractors to supply parts in a timely manor.
· Arranging service engineers to attend site.
· Using check proof and telematics to assist customers and internal contracts with parts and machine issues.
· Liaising with our supply chain on technical issues to come to a solution.
· Ensuring quotes and orders are produced and delivered in a timely manor.
· Raising orders for parts to be supplied and for our stock holding.
· Speaking with our engineers to ensure works are running smoothly.
· Arranging and assisting with warranty claims.
· Ordering parts and supporting our engineers on technical requests when needed.
Warehouse (approx. 30% of time)
Please note - a requirement is to operate a FLT.
- Pack items as instructed by Parts Coordinator, Parts Manager and Business
Development Manager
- Arrange shipment of items through our freight forwarders
- Receive deliveries
- Carry out stock checks and counts as required
- Carry out adhoc deliveries when required using a company van
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean and tidy

Required Experience
· Commercial background and knowledge of both selling and purchasing.
· Previous SAP knowledge - SAP system experience would be well regarded.
· Require strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships.
· Well-developed problem-solving skills with the ability to establish creativ
