This is a full-time role offering a highly competitive salary, performance bonus, and meaningful equity across select ventures, among other benefits. along with private medical cover, a pension scheme, and generous annual leave. · Create investor materials, financial models and seed budgets to support fundraising activities
· Establish operational frameworks, OKRs and performance dashboards across the venture portfolio (ClickUp / Notion)

· Identify and recruit exceptional talent for emerging ventures, providing ongoing coaching and performance management
· Collaborate with internal and external specialists (legal, finance, IP, sustainability advisors) to accelerate progress and mitigate risk

· High financial literacy, comfortable with P&L oversight, budgeting and forecasting
· Exceptional organisational and execution skills; able to bring clarity and momentum to complex, fast-moving projects
· Outstanding communication and stakeholder-management abilities with high emotional intelligence
