Tradstocks are established suppliers of natural stone products operating from Westwood, near Livingston

Committed to delivering quality materials and service to our customers, we are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Class One HGV Driver to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate Class One HGV vehicles (tipper and flat trailers) to primarily transport raw material to our factory sites. Also delivering finished products throughout Scotland and occasionally other parts of the UK.
  • Assist with loading and unloading operations. Wheel loader and forklift training provided if necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with our suppliers and customers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform daily checks and inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class One HGV license, CPC etc
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an HGV driver.
  • Experience of quarry environment, operating forklifts and heavy plant would be beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £15.50-£16.70 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 39 per week
