The Role – Nursery Room Leader
We're looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Nursery Room Leader who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives. You'll inspire your team to deliver high-quality care and engaging learning experiences that spark curiosity and confidence in every child.
What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate a team of nursery practitioners
- Plan and deliver fun, hands-on STEM-inspired activities
- Create a warm, safe, and stimulating learning environment
- Be a positive role model for children and staff alike
- Build strong relationships with parents and carers
- Ensure the highest standards of care and education
- Contribute to the continuous growth and success of our nursery
- Training is provided
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in childcare or early years education (essential)
- Confident leadership and excellent communication skills
- A genuine love for children and early learning
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and team-focused attitude
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Good level of spoken and written English
