A little bit about our team:
The EMEA Regional Marketing team serves as the strategic hub connecting marketing resources across the region, ensuring alignment with global priorities while delivering cultural impact through localized execution. We lead core regional functions—including Artist Marketing, Paid Media, Creator Marketing, Platform Marketing, Marketing Planning, and Analytics—embedding expertise and scalable solutions that drive efficiency and performance at every level. Our focus spans from delivering best-in-class campaign execution and optimization to unlocking platform partnerships and implementing data-driven insights for smarter decisions. By uniting marketing capabilities under shared objectives and common metrics, we enable EMEA to lead with innovation and maximize the success of our artists globally
Your role:
You provide essential support in the execution and coordination of paid media campaigns across the EMEA region, with a particular focus on assisting initiatives for UK repertoire.
This role ensures smooth campaign setup, asset delivery, performance tracking, and reporting. It requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and an eagerness to develop expertise in digital advertising within the music industry. Please note - this rolewill be advertised across other regions in EMEA.
Here you'll get to:
Support the planning and delivery of paid media campaigns across multiple EMEA markets, including coordination of UK-focused initiatives.
Assist with campaign execution across major digital and demand-side platforms (social, search, display, video, programmatic), ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
Troubleshooting across campaign set up; ensuring creative best practices are followed, delivery, tracking and reporting
Monitor campaign performance and assist in compiling reports and dashboards for internal teams and stakeholders.
Coordinate the delivery of creative assets across regional campaigns and ensure platform compliance.
Liaise with local marketing teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate campaign execution and address operational needs.
Track campaign budgets and support administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial guidelines.
Stay informed about digital advertising trends and platforms to support innovation and best practices within the team.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the Paid Digital team for ongoing projects and initiatives.
Be an optimisation expert, regularly advising the team on opportunities to improve
About you:
Initial experience or strong interest in paid media, digital marketing, or media Buying
Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok) and campaign processes.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel and data handling; comfortable working with reporting tools.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.
Passion for music and an interest in EMEA and UK digital marketing landscapes.
