Are you passionate about client-centric financial planning support and ready to build your career within a respected wealth management environment in Bristol?

The Role

You'll be a key member of the advice delivery team – working closely with financial planners and paraplanners to deliver an outstanding client experience. Responsibilities will include coordinating new business and review workflows, managing client documentation and provider interactions, maintaining up-to-date records and correspondence, and helping ensure all regulatory and compliance steps are followed. You'll work in a supportive team with a clear path for professional development.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience (ideally 1-3 years) in financial services, preferably within financial planning or wealth management operations.
  • Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and high standards of documentation.
  • Confident communicator, able to build rapport with clients, advisers and providers.
  • Comfortable using CRM/back-office systems, producing letters/forms, managing logs and chasing actions to conclusion.
  • A desire for progression, and the mindset to contribute to a team delivering high-quality advice and client service.
