The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Product Development Executive to support the Sourcing Director in developing and launching new products across our kitchen appliances and heating & cooling categories. This role focuses on domestic retail and online marketplaces for Hamilton Beach and Rediffusion.

The ideal candidate is commercially minded, creative, and confident working across teams in the UK, USA, and Europe to bring product concepts to market.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Sourcing Director in end-to-end product development from concept to launch.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure products are competitively positioned.

Analyse sales and marketplace data to identify trends and growth opportunities.

Advise on website content and product information to enhance online presence and conversion.

Assess product aesthetics and recommend design modifications and improvements.

Attend trade shows to explore emerging trends, materials, and innovations.

Collaborate with marketing, sourcing, marketplace, and sales teams across the UK, Europe, and USA to align product and brand strategies.

Prepare and deliver product presentations to internal staff and customers.
