We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring that their dining experience is exceptional. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to customer service, with experience in catering, serving, and food preparation.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Support barista duties if required, preparing coffee and other beverages to the highest standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Experience in catering or serving roles will be an advantage.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and team members alike.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new skills, including barista experience if applicable.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£12.58 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
