Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Duty Manager to join our team in Harlow, United Kingdom. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff members to maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor staff members to achieve performance goals and maintain a positive work environment
  • Resolve customer complaints and address issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with local regulations
  • Create and adjust staff schedules to meet business demands and ensure adequate coverage
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to maintain quality standards
  • Implement and oversee training programs for new and existing staff members
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall operational efficiency
  • Prepare and submit reports on daily operations, incidents, and performance metrics

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally in faced paced manufacturing environment
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decisiveness in handling operational challenges
  • Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with scheduling software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
