Job Title: Project Delivery Manager.

Job Overview:

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects involving oil and gas industry products, including flow meters, valves, and associated metering solutions. This role ensures project orders are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with engineering standards and customer specifications. A key component of the role includes overseeing the creation, review, and approval of technical drawings and documentation with both the customer and the factory and arranging, attending and facilitating Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).

Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

Lead and manage end-to-end project activities primarily related to Oil & Gas industry products, including flow measurement, custody transfer, and metering solutions.

Manage project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and technical documents.

Expedite factory scheduling performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful on time delivery.

Coordinate procurement, manufacturing, and delivery of products where 3rd party suppliers are included.

Work closely with the factory, ensuring expedited order approval documents are provided.

Develop knowledge and understanding of industry standard and new requirements and identify opportunities for in house provisions of certification and testing.

Work closely with the accounts department to ensure on time, stage project payments.

Technical Management

Oversee the creation, modification, and review of technical drawings, including, ITP, QP, P&IDs, GA drawings, wiring diagrams, skid layouts, and system architecture.

Approve engineering drawings with our customers to ensure accuracy, compliance with standards, and alignment with their requirements.

Collaborate with factory engineering teams to provide technical feedback and support during product specification.

Validate product specifications, sizing configurations, and instrumentation selections for product selections.

Support the sales administration team in providing technically accurate product specifications

Stakeholder & Customer Coordination

Act as the primary point of contact for customers post order on major projects, ensuring clear communication with customer and factory on requirements, updates, and deliverables.

Conduct regular project meetings with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to track progress and address concerns.

Ensure all customer specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards (API, ISO, etc.) are met.

Documentation & Quality Assurance

Ensure all technical documentation including drawings, BOMs, FAT/SAT procedures, and manuals are complete, accurate, and delivered on schedule.

Support and participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and commissioning activities as required.

Maintain project records, change orders, and compliance documents according to company standards.

Contractual Responsibilities

Manage contractual obligations, scope changes, and customer approvals.

Experience

Experience

The successful candidate will have substantial, hands-on experience within the oil and gas industry, with a proven track record of managing projects from initiation through to execution and close-out. Experience working on upstream, midstream, or downstream projects is essential.

Candidates must demonstrate strong technical and commercial understanding of oil and gas equipment and systems, particularly in the supply and delivery of flow measurement and metering solutions. This includes in-depth knowledge and practical experience with products such as:

  • Turbine meters
  • Orifice plates and orifice plate carriers
  • Flow measurement instrumentation and systems
  • Meter runs and associated piping and skids

The role requires experience coordinating with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and operations teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. Applicants should be comfortable managing global vendor relationships, reviewing technical documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and client requirements.

Previous experience overseeing projects involving the supply, installation, or commissioning of oil and gas measurement equipment is essential. Strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to interface with clients, consultants, and contractors, and a solid understanding of industry standards and best practices are also needed for success in this role.
