Room Leader (Level 3 Qualified) | Up to £33,000 | BRAND NEW NURSERY

What We're Looking For

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent).
  • Strong experience within a nursery or early years setting.
  • Previous responsibility for leading a room or supporting senior practitioners is desirable.
  • Confident knowledge of safeguarding, the EYFS, and child development.
  • Warm, positive communication skills with both children and families.
  • A proactive, supportive approach to leading and coaching your team.
