Who are we recruiting for?

We are representing a hands-on owner–manager with a fleet of tankers, container ships, and bulk carriers. Unlike third-party managers, they operate directly on the owner's side, giving its teams full accountability and impact across every aspect of vessel operations and performance. What will you be doing?

  • Conducting shipboard ISM, ISPS, and navigational audits to maintain vessel accreditation
  • Leading incident investigations and preparing safety and compliance reports
  • Supporting vessels on marine and cargo-related matters, including tank cleaning and vetting
  • Coordinating vetting activities and maintaining accurate records
  • Driving continuous improvement in safety management, risk mitigation, and crew welfare

Are you the ideal candidate?

  • Former Deck Officer - Bulk Carrier or Container background preferred, tanker also considered. Open to both junior officers & senior officers, as we're willing to train someone up if needed
  • A solid understanding of ISM, ISPS, MARPOL, and MLC frameworks - Would be a big plus
  • Strong communicator, proactive problem-solver, and analytical thinker
  • Enthusiastic, collaborative, and able to thrive in a hands-on environment
  • Comfortable with periodic international travel for vessel visits
