. Fixed hour 42 hour contract on a rolling rota schedule. 4 nights on 4 nights off

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that all properties within a geographical patch are secure at all times.
  • Ensure that all serious concerns are reported to a manager, and / or the Police as appropriate.
  • Ensure that safeguarding incidents, accidents and near misses are reported and responded to swiftly appropriately.
  • Complete accident, incident and client file logs, and ensure that there is a written record of anything of significance throughout the night and every night.
  • Provide reports and data as required by managers.
  • Monitor CCTV footage as appropriate, ensuring the safety of customers and colleagues.
  • Report repairs and maintenance issues promptly.
  • Ensure that health and safety and security checks are completed on a regular basis; escalating any concerns as appropriate.
  • Participate in a handover at the beginning and end of each shift, working closely with day colleagues to ensure that any agreed actions are completed.
  • Participate in team meetings as required
  • You will need a driving licence, business insurance and your own transport. Mileage will be paid.
  • DBS checks are required for roles where you will be working with or have lone contact with Vulnerable Adults

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,739.92 per year
