The Role:
As an Associate Director, you will take full ownership of projects from inception to delivery, working closely with private clients, developers, and leading design teams. You will be:

  • Leading high-end residential projects in London and across the UK
  • Travelling internationally several times a year to oversee milestone stages (destinations include the Caribbean and other prime global locations)
  • Acting as the primary client interface, building long-term relationships and ensuring exceptional service
  • Managing consultants, contractors, programmes, budgets, and quality from start to finish
  • Supporting business growth and mentoring junior team members

About You:
To be successful, you must have:

  • Proven experience delivering prime or super-prime residential projects (essential).
  • A strong understanding of luxury design, build quality, and high-net-worth client expectations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with confidence in a client-facing role.
  • The ability to manage complex, bespoke projects with meticulous attention to detail.
  • A proactive, polished, project-focused approach.
