We have an exciting opportunity for a strategic and collaborative Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Talent team and play a key role in enabling Wellcome become the best place to work and support the delivery of the mission.
Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Lead the Talent Acquisition Partner will drive the development and delivery of talent acquisition processes ensuring that these are focused upon hiring and onboarding talent that will help enable delivery of Wellcome's mission.

Experienced in Talent Acquisition, gained in different organisations that have provided exposure to a variety of business practices.
Understanding of how resourcing practice contributes to achieving strategic business outcomes.
Understanding of talent acquisition, resource planning and on-boarding; up to date with best practice and leading-edge thinking, utilising external networks to bring up to date external thinking into an organisation.
Experienced in developing process and outcome metrics; comfortable with manipulating and interpreting data.
Experience of operating in partnership with HR Business Partners to deliver talent acquisition services.

Our Hybrid Way of Working

At Wellcome we have a hybrid way of working which is 3 days in our Euston Road offices (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) with the remaining 2 days working either remotely or in the office.
Please note our offices will be closed from Tuesday 23 December until Monday 5 January 2026. We will not be able to respond to emails sent to during this time and will reply to any queries on or after Monday 5 January 2026.
