About The Role
Based off Charing Cross Road (hybrid working), OMD EMEA are currently recruiting for a talented Paid Social Director to work on the paid creator marketing capabilities of one of the most extraordinary, innovative and powerful brands in the world. This is an exciting opportunity to be a leading point of contact for all EMEA paid creator activity for some of the biggest campaigns in media.
We are seeking an experienced senior Social expert with pointed social and creator strategy knowledge in EMEA, and highly-practiced project management and team management/development experience. You will have the opportunity to drive digital innovation and set the blueprint for paid creator marketing success within the business, help shape the paid social creator approach and contribute to a larger cross-channel media team. The ideal candidate combines strong strategic thinking with operational rigour, proven paid social experience across major platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.), and a deep understanding of creator ecosystems and content dynamics.
You will operate at the intersection of creative, media and creator partnerships - guiding creative testing frameworks, defining audience and funnel strategies, and partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure creator content is effectively integrated with broader client campaigns and objective and promoted through paid channels. You will translate creator output into scalable paid social programs that deliver reach, engagement and conversion while preserving creator authenticity.

We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that's in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
We encourage open conversations between our people and managers to help navigate high-need periods and individual circumstances. Our goal is to create an environment where people feel genuinely supported to do their best - both in their careers and in their lives outside of work.
