Outsourcing Associate – Salary circa £30,000

Contract type: Fixed-Term (6 months)

Location: Location: York/Birmingham/Perth

This is a great job for someone who has experience in supplier governance or risk and enjoys working with people across teams. If you've worked with tools like ARIBA or Archer and know what a SOC report is, even better.

A bit about the job:

You'll help us manage supplier relationships across our CIO & Finance teams. Your role ensures suppliers meet Aviva's Procurement & Outsourcing standards. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values transparency and continuous improvement. You'll support governance processes, contract management, and service reviews. And you'll be a key contact for internal and external queries.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

  • Experience in supplier governance or commercial contract management.
  • Strong risk background, ideally in outsourcing.
  • Confident managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Skilled in tools like ARIBA, Archer and KIOSK.
  • Great communicator and relationship builder.
