The Role
We are seeking a proactive Client Services Associate to join our UK team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing end-to-end project execution while ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. You will also play a key role in building strong client relationships and supporting account growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the single point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
Client Communication and Issue Escalation
Provide regular updates to clients, manage expectations, and escalate issues when necessary.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with internal operations teams to address project-related queries.
Consultation & Call Coordination
Schedule and coordinate expert consultations and client calls.
Quality Assurance
Conduct quality checks on submissions and experts before sharing with clients.
Account Growth Strategy
Devise and implement strategies to grow critical accounts within existing clients.
Competitive Landscape Analysis
Develop a strong understanding of IDR's competitive landscape in key industries.
Data Management
Ensure accurate and timely updates of internal data records in line with standards.
Information Security and Compliance
Comply with information security policies and confidentiality requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Strong academic credentials (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).
Experience:
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in client services, account management, or project management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred:
Prior internship or work experience in client-facing roles.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work independently.
Creative, resourceful, and willing to think outside the box.
Collaborative mindset with a drive to deliver excellence.
