Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will define technical architecture, translate complex business requirements into scalable designs, and guide cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle. You will partner closely with stakeholders to deliver secure, high-performance solutions that maximise business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and long-term strategy.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery—from requirements and design to development and deployment.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to capture and refine requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, ensuring best practices in design and coding.
• Optimise solutions for performance, scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Conduct technical reviews, assessments, and quality checks to ensure architectural consistency.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to enhance solution quality.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on CRM adoption and maximising the value of their Salesforce investment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Salesforce certifications preferred:
• CTA (Certified Technical Architect)
• Application Architect
• System Architect
• Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce integration frameworks.
• Strong understanding of CRM processes and their implementation within Salesforce.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Experience

• Extensive experience working as a Salesforce Architect with hands-on delivery of large, complex Salesforce projects.
• Background working with multi-org environments and enterprise-level implementations.
• Strong experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £90,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
