Role Overview

Due to rapid growth, we currently have a vacancy for an 
Experienced Signage & Vehicle Graphics Installer
. We are looking for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career — an individual who brings strong expertise, confidence, and industry knowledge, and who can add value from day one.

This role involves a mixture of 
on-site installations
 with leading UK brands and 
in-house work
 within our 
purpose-built, temperature-controlled workshop
. You will be joining a fast-paced, energetic team where quality, precision, and efficiency are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install high-quality vinyl graphics across vehicles, fleets, and commercial branding projects.
  • Carry out a wide range of signage installations, including built-up lettering, tray signs, illuminated signs, post and panel systems, wall graphics, and more.
  • Complete window graphic installations, including frosted film, digital prints, manifestation, safety films, and promotional graphics.
  • Work confidently across both on-site and in-house environments, ensuring seamless execution in all conditions.
  • Ensure the correct preparation and application of all materials, maintaining strong product knowledge of vinyl, films, substrates, fixings, and installation techniques.
  • Deliver work with precision, ensuring exceptional finish quality and meeting strict attention-to-detail standards.
  • Maintain high levels of organisation, cleanliness, and safety on all project sites.
  • Collaborate with production, design, and operations teams to streamline workflows and improve installation processes.
  • Support the development of junior installers, sharing knowledge and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the signage and graphics industry.
  • Proven skills across vehicle graphics installation, signage fitting, and window graphic application.
  • Strong technical understanding of materials, films, tools, and installation processes.
  • Ability to read briefs, drawings, and production specifications with confidence.
  • High-level problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet on-site.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, positive approach.
  • Full UK driving licence
     required for travel to installation sites.
