Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives, contributing to various projects, and helping to enhance our brand presence in the market. This position requires strong communication skills, and creativity to create engaging content and stay on top of current trends.

We currently have 4 venues in Glasgow and are looking to grow our marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Create engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, stories, reels and TikToks.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm innovative marketing ideas.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Maintain organised records of marketing materials and project documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.

Skills

  • Strong project management skills to oversee multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent copywriting abilities to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Familiarity with general marketing principles and strategies.
  • Ability to analyse market data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proficient in using CapCut, Canva and Meta Business Suite.
  • Exceptional time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear interaction with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work alongside marketing manager to maximise efforts.
  • Must be available to work some nights and create content for the nightclubs alongside our in-house videographer.
