What The Role Involves:
As our Events Assistant
, you'll play a key role in making our events run smoothly, all while driving face-to-face sales. You'll have plenty of opportunities to meet new people, build relationships, and promote what we offer in a way that feels natural and engaging. Here's a look at some of the things you'll be doing:
- Customer Interaction
: Create positive, memorable experiences for attendees by answering their questions, providing helpful recommendations, and offering excellent customer service. - Event Support
: Help set up, manage, and break down event spaces to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. - Product Promotion
: Present our offerings in a way that's engaging and informative, highlighting what makes us stand out and helping attendees understand how our products can benefit them. - Teamwork
: Work closely with other team members to meet event goals and ensure everything is organised and executed to perfection. - Post-Event Engagement
: Assist with follow-up after events to ensure we nurture leads and continue building those relationships.
What We're Looking For:
- Sales Experience
: Previous experience in sales or retail is a big plus. You should feel comfortable talking to new people, presenting products, and closing deals in person. - Great Communication Skills
