Role:

We are looking for a skilled Electronics Technician
to join our team full-time, on-site in Poole. You will test and inspect audio products, support prototype development, maintain factory equipment, and develop test procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Test and inspect products to specifications.

· Diagnose and repair faults, including wiring, components, and PCBs.

· Support prototype equipment and routine maintenance.

· Develop and maintain test schedules and calibration processes.

Requirements:

·
Level 3 Electrical/Electronics qualification or equivalent experience.

· Strong understanding of electronic test practices and equipment (oscilloscopes, signal generators).

· Experience with ESD procedures.

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and VB programming.

· Excellent written and verbal communication.

Desirable:

·
Knowledge of acoustic testing procedures.

· Experience with IPC 610/620 standards.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.

· Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.

Package:

·
hours/week. Salary circa £35K-£44K DOE + profit-related bonus (~£200/month).

· days' holiday (rising to 23 after one year).
