We're looking for a 
creative, ambitious social media intern
 who lives and breathes TikTok, understands what drives engagement, and wants to help shape how people see the future of finance.

The Role

You'll take the lead on building our 
TikTok presence from scratch
 — creating short-form video content that captures attention, simplifies complex ideas, and builds a community around innovation, finance, and technology.

This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about 
content creation, storytelling, and social media strategy
, and wants hands-on startup experience in a fast-moving, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and post short-form video content for 
    TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
    .
  • Develop and execute a content calendar based on trends, product launches, and events.
  • Work with the marketing and design team to generate new ideas for storytelling around AI, fintech, and startup culture.
  • Optimise content for performance (hooks, captions, hashtags, analytics).
  • Research emerging social trends and propose ways to adapt them to our brand.
  • Engage with online communities, reply to comments, and help grow our following.
  • Support other marketing campaigns when needed (LinkedIn, website, or email content).

Skills & Experience

  • Proven interest in social media, especially TikTok — ideally with your own active account or portfolio.
  • Confident with 
    video editing tools
     (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
  • Understanding of storytelling, hooks, and pacing for short-form content.
  • Comfortable filming in-person content in our London office (you'll often be behind or in front of the camera).
  • Creative mindset with a strong sense of current trends, music, and formats.
  • Excellent written English and attention to detail.
  • Bonus: experience in tech, fintech, or AI content (not required).
