An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning Support Assistant (Resolve/Transition) to join our Learning Support team reporting to Learning Support Coordinator. This is an outstanding team who

As a Learning Support Assistant (Resolve/Transition) with Redcar and Cleveland College you will be responsible for supporting learners with Social, Emotional, Mental Health Needs (SEMH). You will be providing support to young people on the Resolve course who can often demonstrate challenging behaviour, may have specific learning difficulties such as Autism, alongside mental health difficulties.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, friendly, supportive, resilient and willing to learn and develop.
