About The Role - Project Management Office (PMO)

  • As a PMO Analyst, you'll oversee project and work package delivery, ensuring compliance with policies and governance frameworks.
  • You'll define and manage project stage requirements, support acceptance and handover to service, and prepare regular highlight and stage reports for senior stakeholders.
  • The role involves managing risks, supporting financial visibility, and ensuring alignment of objectives across the wider programme.
  • You'll build strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to maintain transparency and delivery confidence.

What We're Looking For - Project Management Office (PMO)

  • Proven experience managing or supporting Transition and Transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and financial reporting.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and alignment of project objectives to wider programme goals.
  • Knowledge of Agile principles is advantageous.
  • Experience within the Defence or National Security sector highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver under pressure.
