Job Title: Dental Nurse – Implant Services (Full-time / Part-time)

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Dental Nurse with a focus on implant services including support for sedation procedures. In this position, you will assist during dental procedures (general and implant), support patient care, and help with administrative duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist chair-side during general dental and implant procedures — including surgical placement, restorative phases, and follow-up appointments.
• Prepare and maintain a clean and sterile surgical environment: sterilise instruments, organise materials, and follow strict infection-control and hygiene protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records: manage treatment plans, consent forms, and pre- and post-operative documentation.
• When required, support reception and front-desk tasks: greet patients, schedule appointments, handle phone inquiries — maintaining a professional and welcoming manner.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care for implant patients: give oral hygiene advice, explain pre- and post-op instructions, and reassure patients.
• Organise implant and prosthetic components, surgical kits, restorative materials; ensure that stock and instruments are properly arranged and maintained.

Candidate Profile / Qualifications

• Interest in dental healthcare, especially implantology. Prior experience is a plus — but not mandatory if you are keen to learn.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfortable using computers for appointment scheduling and record keeping.
• Strong communication skills and friendly manner, with ability to reassure patients undergoing surgery.
• Manual dexterity and ability to assist during surgical procedures (e.g. handing instruments, managing suction, retraction).
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to varying schedules or shifts, and collaborate well as part of a dental team.
• Willingness to receive training in implant nursing, sterilisation protocols, radiography support, and patient care.
