We're looking for a customer-focused, technically minded, and highly organised Product Service Manager to lead our newly structured Service and Product Quality Control Department. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a fast-paced, hands-on environment where no two days are the same.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the Service & Repair and Product Quality Control teams
• Manage day-to-day operations in our high-spec Service Lab
• Process returns and repairs, liaise with customers, and resolve technical issues
• Supervise and support your team's wellbeing, training, and development
• Handle reporting, inventory management, and departmental KPIs
• Work cross-functionally with internal departments to drive quality and service excellence

About You

• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
• Background in mechanical or electrical service, automotive, or tool industry (advantageous)
• Experience testing and repairing electrical/mechanical components
• Confident leader with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word (SAP B1 experience a plus)
• Positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude

Our salary range for this role is from 30k to 35k dependent on experience, we can tailor a package based on your skills and experience should we reach the offer stage.
