Required for January permanent, full-time

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to support our Head of Rowing in providing a high quality and inclusive coaching programme.

The ideal candidate will:

  • hold a UKCC Level 2 qualified rowing coach
  • have experience of teaching and advising on rowing and sculling technique at all junior levels
  • have experience and understanding of fitness training and compiling appropriate training programmes
  • have experience of assembling successful crews
  • have experience of boat rigging and ability to set up optimally the rig of any type of boat
  • have experience or the willingness to learn to tow the trailer as per boat club logistics

This is a full-time position working all year round. Flexibility is essential to fulfill the responsibilities of the role, including working on Saturdays.
